Will an oil pan from a 91 civic 4 speed hatch fit a 97 d16y7?

 

not 100%on this but I tried a 90 a6 oil pan on a 95 z6 and got really really bad oil pressure. Once I put the Z6 oil pan back on oil pressure came back to normal.

I would stick to the right oil pan.

 

Thank you. I'm pretty sure the baffles are different on the inside so that could be an issue.

 

im running a d15b2 pan on a z6... oil pressure is a little low. i thought it was my gauge feed having a little kink.. hmm maybe it wasnt such a good idea

ive put about 1500k boosted k's on it so far

 

Just tried it. It won't fit.

 

FYI, my D16z6 w/ A6 oil pan is working fine, i redid my oil pressure gauge line and installed a better quality oil filter... oil pressure is back where it should be.

The new oil pan i picked up for my next setup is an aftermarket piece, good from 88-95... got it for $32 new
too bad it doesnt work after 95...
