I know this is a really easy install... but I took some pictures anyway.

Tools needed:

14mm open ended wrench
Phillips head screw driver

Bought The Razo 340R Product Code:RA25 and a Convex Mirror.



Here is a closer look at the ****. 340g and black chrome finish. The red is not as vibrant as in picture so it is subtle instead of blazing (due to flash.)



To loosen the nut that is underneath the stock shiftknob, take your 14mm open ended wrench while holding onto the **** turn towards the drivers side of the car (clockwise.)



After loosening nut, unscrew stock **** turning counter clockwise.

Your shiftknob should come with 1 or more of those plastic tubes that are infront of the shift *****. In this case there were 3 (only 2 pictured.) Each tube is a different size. There was a small number on the top of the tube "10" which is the one I used since that corresponds to the width of the shifter.

Place the "10" tube into bottom of the new shift **** and with the Phillips head screw driver screw in the small screw to secure the "10" tube into the shift ****.



I took of the stock nut at the bottom of the stock shifter... Just unscrew it all the way.

Then screwed the new Razo shift **** on. Here is the finished look.





The rear view mirror clips on to stock mirror so here is a before and after look:

I also have a 300mm mirror. It directly clips onto the exhisting one. Was like 15 bucks at Autobacs. Its pretty sweet. Eliminates alot of blindness.

those broadway mirrors are the ****!!
eliminates u having to check your blind spots cuz u can see them on the broadway mirror. and it saves tickets too! for like 20 bucks, u can save yourself hundreds in tickets or save u from an accident.

 

Review: Shift from 1st to 2nd gear is much smoother with the extra weight of the shift ****. The stock shift **** is suprisingly heavy. Stock **** felt like it was light when it was attached, I suppose it balanced out the linkage at the bottom. With the extra 50-90g? Someone posted stock **** weight in an old thread. Smoother "throws" between gears, helped my suck 1st to 2nd transition. I was driving in 5th gear on the street back home since it was pretty fun to shift. All in all I think it looks better in the car and definately adds functionality. A short throw adaptor or full replacement would be nice to add.

Mines a RAZO but, one thing that I noticed on the 2 mile drive to work is that I it is "Objects in the mirror are closer than they appear" sorta deal. The convex makes things look smaller.
