there used to be one at the starbucks by the check e cheese in pasadena off the 210 but cant remember the exit its the one where harbor freight is but who knows if that still goes on that was like a year ago

Dude, Pasadena... They bust you for loitering, anything. They're very strict. I've been through that route. It's not the cops fault, it's the fact that everything revolving around modified cars will be stereotyped as "Illegal street racing" with the autorities.

I'm a pasadena resident and he's right. The cops have this thing where if your cars heavily modified you probably street race or have illegal motor parts and other odd things. They'll search you engine bay in a flash. I can vouche. Especially around the sierra madre area colorado, rosemead streets.
