Default Civic engine swap

I have a '95 Civic ex sedan still completely stock. I want to actually get some power from my car and want to swap the D16 with a B16 but I can't find a place that sells the engine

what are some reliable online stores I can buy the engine from?
Please don't recommend Ebay, I prefer not to buy car parts off Ebay unless I really have to.
I'm at a $6,000 spending limit for the moment.

Also I want to get a new exhaust system to go along with the engine so what are some online stores who are good with selling exhaust systems? I don't want an annoying loud *** exhaust but just something basic that'll do good with the new engine, intake, turbo once I get it, etc... a little noise is OK obviously but I just don't want it to be annoyingly loud.

with a $6k limit, go h22 or h2b, hell you can even turbo it within that budget.
