Default Wierd Fuel Supply Problem CODE 43 HELP!!!!!

my old D15 got messed up so i put a new zc 1.6 no vtec in the car....all of a sudden im throwin CEL 43 and 1. When i went from d15 to zc i kept the same intake manifold/fuel rail/injectors. thats why it doesnt make sense why i am havin this problem.

the car at times does not feel like it is pulling......and today in 2nd gear the motor sounded good...but it was not goin anywhere...kinda like a missfire...it was holdin back......it also smelled funny..........however no cel was on cuz it turns off everytime i turn the car off......

it only comes on when im not stop and go driving....like when im drivin on a freeway or so.....

ive tried changing....Fuel pressure regulator......checked for vaccuum leaks....and i changed the o2 sensor and got rid of code 1....however i still have code 43 and i dono what else it could be...

anyone got any other suggestions?

I remember I had the same problem on my sohc. Cel 1 and 43. When I bought a brand new o2 sensor that got rid of the problem. When you switched out the new o2 did you reset the ecu?
