what would be my best bet to lower my car more. i have eibach pro kit springs on it now but i think i want to go lower?

Only if you're on stock shocks, get some good performance shocks and you're set

Who cares? Its a [freak]ing hood. The car is nice either way;

the civic needs new wheels and a drop imo.

i car and im sure the owner does to and the car is nice but it would be even beter if the hood was clean also

the lack of concern towards the care of the hood is usually an indicator towards the care of the car. I would either have it repainted or get a CF one. neither option is expensive and would change the whole car's look. Spun wheels look good

the other mods were done before the oxidation. its just got bad the past year. also plans for the whole car to get new paint is coming up
