Default Cost of timing belt change/98 Accord V6?

Is $369.00 parts and labor a decent price for this? It's at a Honda dealership and they will give a free rental car for the day. I don't want to deal with changing this myself, but I also don't want to pay too much.
Any replies will be appreciated.
Thanks
Kevin

Yeah, that's a damn good price (especially for dealership work, and you get a loaner car).

Thanks, that's what I thought as well.
Anything else that I should have them check while the car is there? 99000 miles, car is in great running order but I am not the original owner so I do not know exactly what has been done.

Fuel filter. It's too much of a pain in the *** to do by yourself.

If you feel knowledgable enough, you may want to adjust your valves, replace plugs, distributer cap, and bleed your brake fluid and ABS brake system as well.

Shouldn't he replace the brake fluid instead?

Well, replacing the brake fluid is part of the bleeding process in my opinion. Perhaps I should have worded my post "more better."
