If its anything like the Si which it most likely is very similar, unscrew the center console and theirs a bracket connected with bolts under it. There should only be a few bolts holding in the console. Im not sure where the bolts are on an ITR. But It was easy on the Si.

just pull out the rear center console, then the front lower center console. Like EbBoy said, there's a bracket holding the boot on.

1. Pop the rectangle cover under the handbrake. Unscrew the 2 gold screws.
2. Unscrew the armrest box (unscrew 2 screws on the bottom/rear of the box) and remove
3. pull out the ashtray completely (unscrew 2 screws inside)
4. pop out the ashtray holder/cig lighter assembly
5. Unscrew 2 screws holding onto the shifter boot console and 2 more screws on the sides
6. Unscrew the shifknob
7. remove the shifter boot console and flipped it over (unscrew the 2 screws)
8. Install the new boot

Have fun
