Default Loss Of Power

I have a bone stock 03 Civic EX with 19,000 miles on it. about a week ago i noticed that it lost what little power it had to begin with haha ... in 3rd gear and higher it struggles to get above 4000 rpm unless on a decline. I changed the spark plugs as they were old and that's usually the obvious problem and easiest to fix but it didn't really help. im used to a DSM so i don't know a whole lot about this car but would the timing be off or maybe a bad crank position sensor? any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks!!!

ok well checked the codes and it threw a 1324 which read "mfr ignition sys or misfire" ... somethin along those lines but when i researched ecu codes here ... https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=978933 .... i got "Knock Sensor Power Source Circuit Low Voltage" .... i am completely lost at where to begin and which code source to follow hahaha. has anyone else ever gotten any of these codes and what do i do???

also make sure u check coolant levels cause if its low u can loose power as well my friends car kept boggin out on him and he had his radiator flushed but the shop he took it 2 got side track on bs and didnt refil so i took a look @ it and it didnt really have any coolant. prior to me changing the coolant his car wouldnt rev past 4 changed it and tranny fluid as well, and car ran smooth
