can you run crome with obd0?

Whats wrong with Crome? Maybe if it Wasnt free, and people had to pay for it, theyd rank it up there with the other software.

A Crome setup isn't free. You still need hardware.

Why do these threads always turn into a pissing match? They are all solid engine management systems.

Do some research, perhaps rent a dyno and compare crome to the competitors.
You will find some amazing differences.
