Default My baby

Mmmmk i posted on here saying i got my car about a week to two weeks ago ,but my camera was broken.
Got a new camera and went and took some pics(i know its a little dirty )

MMk
This is my first car,im 16,and yess i paid for most of it myself.
Blue 99 civic Si
All stock besides exhaust and its lowerd
paid 6,500 for it.
96,xxx miles

plans:
Short term,as in the next week or two, getting kill switches alarm system and clutch lock.
Good ECU(most likely hondata)

long term,
when i get some money going to put a turbo in it.
after my turbo going to get a wire tuck
Rims

Nothing bad on the car.
Few small scratches on passenger rear.
One of the airvents has a peice missing, will cost me like 2$ from junkyard.

Also.
What color looks good with this blue?
Eventually im getting rims and doing a little on the interior and would like everything to somewhat match

thanks

imo i think white wheels would look best. the plans sound legit, but the headlights are killin it and i think you overpayed for a car with 96 million miles on it.

Make sure you get an unbreakable clutchlock so I don't have to see another "someone stole my car!" thread.

for wheels with that color i like gold or dark bronze... with a chrome lip it offsets it nicely too. polishes slips look good too. accent parts like calipers and whatnot i like red or just stick to black... dont get too fancy or it gets gross quick.

Man I love the Si Cluster. . . .

Shes a beauty, so begin with realizing that shes the sweetest set of 4 wheels to most thieves in your area, and plan your security to match. Read this security thread

Car looks good but your pictures are HUGE! Download Irfanview for free & resize those b*tches.

I say a Hondata ECU is a waste of money until you actually start doing some internal work in your motor like cams, valve springs, retainers, etc or going Turbo

Please get some good security especially if you live in Florida. Get a good alarm, but more importantly, make sure you ask around and research a reputable, GOOD installer who knows how to do it right & not half a$$.

Kill switches are good, if you can get GPS, even better! If you're going to change the interior, PLEASE do not rape this car reupholster it with blue vinyl or some ricer crap like that.

For wheel color, I recommend white, and I also recommend 16inch wheels...17's look too big. And as someone mentioned, your car would already look so much better if you find a mint pair of stock headlights, or if you can afford it, some Civic Type R headlights would look sick.

Take care of her...finding nice clean mostly stock ones like this are so rare now.

ill edit the pics later
I dont plan on ricing anything out, just minor stuff.

I was going to go hondata because i plan on going turbo withing few months, why buy 2 ECU's when i can just buy that one now.

I plan on doing most the **** myself, and since its my first car im only limited to what ive read in books and my friends cars for the past couple years. So if i get stuck got my dad to help me(master mechanic)+1

Im thinking white rims or dark bronze

And if I were you I would also invest some money into lets say a removable steering wheel but not a bad start nor bad price for an SI
