im trying to put the seatbets back in my 95 del sol, the previous owner took them out idk why, I cannot get them to let out any belt, either of them....what am i missing? I cant bolt either of them in without having some belt let out to get the top bolt in

are they level? the mechanism wont let it slack if the assembly is not level. if all else fails bolt them in and take them to your nearest dealer. all seatbelts have a lifetime warranty. theyll throw them in for you too.
