Default Grinding

I have a 94 Honda Prelude Si. The thing is when I'm driving and i shift the gears grind, and no i'm not new to manual. When you even do it perfect the gears grind, for example
i shift from 3 to 4 and it grinds for 1 sec and then it goes away. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be the problem?

Syncro's are gonzo or you have no tranny fluid. Sync's are notorious for grinding in h23 trannnys, esp 3rd gear. Start with the little, less cost effective things to do. I ran half GM Syncromesh and half of the newest Honda MTF. It helps, but if your tranny/sync's are bad then it won't cure the problem, it'll just put a temporary band aid on things whilst curing a little bit of the grind.
