Default Prelude Heating up issues?? Help

Just did a engine swap on my 01 prelude and I have noticed that it takes forever for the needle to move from cold to warm.

The needs barely moves above cold and when I start driving it goes right back to cold..

What could be the problem?

I did replace my rad could that be it?

Please help

seems like your thermostat is either missing or stuck open, id check that, if you dont want to take your hoses off you can look in your radator when the car's running and you should see water flowing like a river if theres no thermostat at all.
