Default b16 Rough idle after timing belt replacement??

Hi everyone..i replaced my timing belt and water pump a few weeks ago and since then my car has had a slight vibration at idle almost like a small miss..The cel is on. and i pulled code 54 crankshaft sensor. I checked the sensor today with an ohm meter and the sensor seems to be fine..

I reset my timing to factory specs, and replaced my cap, rotor, plugs, and fuel filter, but its still on going.. The car runs fine otherwise.

What could it be?

Thanks Greg

i would check to see that the crank pulley was at TDD, cams were pointing up, and the spark plugs in the right firing order.

You may also want to bleed the cooling system of possible trapped air, although this would not explain the CKF sensor CEL code.

check the crank pulley to make sure the pickup isnt damaged for the ckp sensor.

i know the crank sensor doesnt like getting wet..and you did the water pump, did you move it out of the way before pulling the pump off?
