simply no. with some modification, probably.
the k vs. r
k series motor sits backwards compared to the R. header is facing the firewall. R series is built like all the previous Honda motors with the header facing the front of the vehicle. so i believe the connection point for the cat is variable on which model.

someone correct me if im wrong.

that is absolutely correct, the exhaust pipe routing should be different as well. the headers are also very much different, the SI has 4 ports whereas the R18 has only 1 straight header/cat (genious aint it?) =D, go grab yourself a tanabe medalian touring exhaust, but it's not as ricey as most people like.

like everyone said the R and K cat-backs are different. The axle back portion (just the muffler and small length of pipe) is the same for all models. So, you can try the tanabe axle back or the HFP axle back if that's all you want or check out some r18 specific exhausts here: R18 performance

I have a new foglight wireing harness complete kit switch relay etc, I used the fogs and the wire that runs between them.

Make me an offer.

My car didn't have the fogs on it, someone changed the front bumper, so I bought a kit but used the fog lights and just the wire that connects them to the original car harness.
