Default wont start properly

We have a 92 accord 2.2V5 engine. You have to pump the gas pedal three times
and then try to strart engine. If not successful, pump pedal two more times and try to turn engine over. Since this is a fuel injector engine; could the throttle sensor or any other fuel sensors going out

Pumping the gas pedal before cranking on a fuel injected car has no effect at all.
What is the condition of the spark plugs?
If the engine seems to be flooding [rich] try holding the gas pedal to the floor and the ECU will shut off the injectors.

Also you can hold the gas 1/2 way to allow more air into the cylinders when cranking.

The best way to start those engines is to turn the key on and wait for the CEL to turn off, then crank.
This allows the fuel pressure to fully build up and the injector has a better spray pattern.

If any of the sensors were bad you would have a CEL and a code stored in the ECU.
But you WON'T get a code if the FPR diaphram is ruptured or the screen on the IACV is plugged up, or the spark plugs have 150k miles on them.
