Crazy as it sounds, I have a b16a valve cover (misordered and stuck w/ it) that I was hoping to put on a b18c head. Will this work?

In the same manner, will a b16a intake manifold fit on that head for my ls/vtec conversion or will I need to get a different intake manifold? I only ask because I can get one for next to nothing..

the b16a valve cover will fit on your b18c head but the b16a intake will not fit on your b18c head
