so I met this guy who likes to build sohc non vtec f22a4 engines and he had some pictures he showed me of his accords that were putting out 300 plus horse. now unfortunatly he left before i got a chance to get his number and now my friend and i are looking towards building one, if anyone has some parts they would recommend or any specs they have done with their motors the advice we would be grateful

Over 430HP N/a has, and can be done. More than 4 of those engines exist as we speak. You just have to know what to do...
