Injector clips on RC 1000cc peak and hold injectors?
Hey guys, I have been running RC 440 saturated injectors on my car for years and I bought the car that way....now I went to hook up the RC 1000cc Peak and hold injectors and realize the clips won't go in....I need clips by Thursday, like emergency need these clips. What clips work with these injectors? I don't see why RC would have different clip styles....I'm actively searching but didn't find definative answers.

hm yea thats what I'm thinking....the injectors have a little tab in them which is keeping my clips from going in...the more I read the more I think I need OBD1 clips..

Yea this sucks...I need these clips by Wednesday night or I miss my tuning appointment and all this work I've done to my car by taking time off work is worthless. This is a stupid F-ing problem to have. haha
im pretty sure jeff sells RCs so you might be able to get clips from him if nothing else. i vaguely remember reading somewhere that you can modify the clips to make them work but not sure. my clips came with my 1000's...not sure why yours didnt.
Technically you can just take out the blue tabs inside the connector then wiggle them in...I did that with mines...but doesnt; really give a good electrical contact. try going to a junk yard and find some ob1 clips or order them overnight. goodluck!

I usually end up cutting out the tab in the injector that blocks the OEM injector clip from fitting into the injector.
I had to do that with every set of aftermarket injectors I've ever had....RC310's, PTE395's, and PTE525's.
