I have Hondata s200 but Shift Light isnt installed. Is there a way to get it installed before or during tune?

 

It's just a setting in the software, have the tuner set it up.

 

yea using the check engine light as your shift light is nice and simple right in the software.


ive had a few customers get a little confused with that, thinking it controlls an actual autometer style shift light......that takes a bit more wiring and a relay

 

So even though the Check mark isnt checked on the box next to Shift Light, it is still installed?

 

It is all software related, no hardware necessary.

I have a Hondata dealer kit and even on my box the shift light is not checked....

It doesn't matter as it is all software related. I know while tuning the S200 with RomEditor 4, you just update it once u are connected and datalogging from the S200

 

would that work with the boost option aswell?
