Super Glue Removal. Help please.
Is there any way to get superglue off without damaging the paint?
There is superglue all over the hood, trunk, and side panels of my car. Someone probably thought it would be a good prank, but I haven't the slightest idea how to get it off w/o damaging the paint.

I've never had to remove super glue before.. maybe someone else can chime in?
If I was going to make a suggestion, I would try a combination of a heat gun and a rag soaked in lacquer thinner. See what you can do with the heat gun first because the lacquer thinner is going to dry up and scratch the paint. It's not a big deal if you have the tools to fix it but if you don't then you're making more work for yourself.
Anyone else?

you could try finger nail polish remover if it has acetone in it or you could just try straight acetone...http://www.supergluecorp.com/removingsuperglue.html
