Throttle body and FITV
I am having surging idle problems and I want to check the fitv but I cannot find it. Nor can I find the throttle body. Is it possible that my car does not have a throttle body. I have both the Haynes and Helms manuals for my car (90 CRX dx) and I cannot find the throttle body relative to the pictures in the manuals. Any suggestions would be great.
Also, while driving, I always smell gasoline. I replaced the fuel filter and I still smell gasoline. I am getting relatively good mileage, at 36 - 40 mph. How do I correct this problem?
Thanks.

the DX has throttle body like the picture below - it doesn't have a fitv - the idle is controlled by the EACV, just to right of the throttle body on top of the manifold - has a green connector

Sweet! Thanks for the help. I took out the EACV and clean it thoroughly. The coolant is and has been completely full. How do I get air out of the cooling system?
Thanks
Jake
