You forgot to ask about the price!!! (+development costs)
A company in Belgium (PSI) makes docring gearboxes, but not with 6 speed. They just build the gears in the stock tranny casing....

well, earlier someone mentioned the price tag of 15000 for each tranny. this has been discussed in another thread before.

the following:
they may charge a little more per transmission, but at the point of buying 25 transmissions @ 15000 (or more) a piece, its safe to say, adding a few thousand to the cost isnt going to matter much

But still 15k for a tranny?!?! You can buy a complete '98 ITR (EuroITR) for that money!!!!

 

I think 15k is for sequential on the older thread. The manuel has to cheaper, or not?

 

perhaps! since you emailed them in the first place, perhaps you could ask them how much they want for a transmission?

I am from Austria, but what do you mean with a docring?
