how much should i charge to cahnge a timing belt ????
my neighbor saw me swapping heads on my hatch and asked if i could swap his timing belt out .... i said sure i need cash ill get you some prices. i can get a timing belt and a new tensioner for preety damn cheap but what should i charge for labor ??

I don't think it's 900 dollars at the dealership, but who knows, they charged my homie MORE ($1400) to change out a clutch master cylinder and clutch slave cylinder

i think its going to be $100 plus parts , o btw its a 96 civic ex .... so i have to work around the power steering and a/c .....
Depending on how good of an neighbor he is to you guys you could do it for 100 like everyone is saying or do it for 200 like i would and highly recommend a water pump change. But yea i would do it for 200.
