D16Y8 harmonic balancer keyway problem?
i'm having a problem with the harmonic balancer keyway on my 2000 Civic EX. it's on 8 psi of boost with all stock internals. the problem is that i sheared this keyway off twice so far and now i'm at the point where both the slots on the crank and the pulley itself are egged out and the splines that the crank did have are no longer there.
my question is, is there a way to fix this or do i have to get another crank, also is this a known problem on the Y8's.

just save some heartache and get another crank. better in the long run instead of totally destroying the motor. i had to do it myself. mine flew off the motor at 60mph. i sheared it twice also.
i didn't use a torque wrench on it, but it was tightened using a chain wrench to hold the engine from turning, and i used a 1/2 drive ratchet with a 2 1/2 foot cheater pipe, i also used red loctite when i put it back together
