turbo troubles

i have a turbo d16 and i cant get it past 4rpms? is this cause it is not tuned and if so what is agood computer to go with apexi vafc?

P.S. - tune your car correctly, do not use a hack job vafc.

what ecu are u running?for the love of God dont use a vafc they are pointless and suck..get your ecu chipped and get it tuned.

what happens when it gets to 4k anyway??

What ECU are you using, what motor/tranny setup, have you done anything to the motor like internals? What exact turbo setup do you have??
