Your shift into next gear RPM has me puzzled especially the 1-2 shift.

You mean with the ATS final drive, the 1-2 shift at fuel cutoff will result in you being out of VTEC range (5538 RPM)? Cause with the 4.4 final drive (stock USDM ITR), the 1-2 shift leaves you in VTEC range (I don't know it off hand but it is about 5900 or above).

And then I read Scott's helmet review, shoe review, lightbulb review, chamois review, and think, "Damn, Scott's got too much time on his hands..."

 

Oh yes, I love mine... But I was interested in driving impressions on an almost stock itr... I guess that's good enough.

 

It roxors. The acceleration is super nice in first gear. Can't really break the tires loose just by rolling on the throttle unless its been raining. I pretty much drive around in 5th all the time now which gives me better gas mileage. Umm not much else to say cept, if you have not riden in an ATS equiped car, you are missing out

before i got used to it, my throughts were "holy **** this thing rips." Now that i'm used to it, i think "Heh, it's so cool how hard this thing rips".
