engine or suspension

engine or suspension
just want to see what you guys would do and input and advice would be great.
first question which might answer my question first which to do first engine work or suspension(with the cost of gas going up making the engine use more fuel is making me go more towards suspension but i guess it will always be going up
)

skunk2 70mm exhaust ($498)
fujita sr intake ($221)
=$719
or
skunk2 pro-s or tein basic? ($670)
sk2 rear camber ($250)
=$920
the engine looks cheaper but either way i plan to get the whole build.
and input on different name brands or if you have a setup that is good to go with. i would like some day go with a comptech supercharger?
