I got a 2000 accord lx with 90k on it. My first plan to swap in a h22 in but i can't afford it right now. so i was thinking of keeping this motor and build it up since its burning some oil which i think is valve seal in cylinder 2 cause the plug was wet in oil. so i pretty much need some site that offer internals for this motors. those anyone know about how much power this motors are capable of producing?

There is relatively no aftermarket/performance support for the F23 engine at the moment. And since the K series came out it may be a while before you see any mass F23 movement. It's taken forever for the F22 to get some support. And the parts aren't cheap. Any money that you put into the F will be lost if you end up going to an H, none of the parts are interchangeable. If you want to do an H swap save your money by leaving the F23 as is.

 

I'm putting over 150whp on my F23A4 w/ Cam and all the bolt ons available w/ H23 trans. Not much room for more gains so I'm building an NA SOHC F22A1 (CB7) to swap instead.
