Does this look right (potential clutch issue?)
ok so the correct clutch disc finally came in so i bolted the tranny up today.

i noticed somethin and im not sure if its something thats normal or not. but i dont want to find out later down the line once the engines all hooked up in the car that something is wrong.
So this is where the clutch release arm sits normally.

and it moves all the way to here before it encounters any resistance at all. is this normal of a new clutch, or did i somehow screw something up

ok cool! i thought maybe thats just the slack thats supposed to be in it, and that i simply get rid of it by tightening up the clutch cable at the tranny
And by ys1 do you mean the 92-93 usdm gsr trans, or just the standard 90-93 s1/ys1 integra ls/rs/gs trans. cause as far as i know its just the normal s1/ys1. i cant tell for sure cause the sticker is half missing. i can make out "S1" but before that its like missing. i'd probably rather it be the gsr type but i doubt it lol. guy i bought it off just said it was a 93 ls trans.

yeah that should be ok, when it goes in you can tell once the cable is hooked up, but looks fine from here
