Default what fuel pressure to run?

i have a 94 integra ls with an cai/h/e with a aem fuel rail, filter, and fuel pressure reg. i was just wondering what would be a good fuel pressure to run. i turned it up from 40psi to 45psi. the aem booklet said anywhere from 40 to 47psi. my friend has a 2000 si with the same upgrades and a 75 shot of nitrous any suggestions for him? he is running 48psi right now. thanks

I wouldnt make yours any higher and I would leave your friends alone, his nitrous is setup at his current fuel pressure. Stock is 40-47 depending on the engine. I dont see any need for more than 45 for both of you. Remember that fuel pressure is set with the vaccum line disconnected and plugged.

using AEM regulator?

Run stock pressures, you've done nothing to motor to need to jack the pressure up.
