Default ok guys comeon and laugh at me.....

new in imports.... WTF is OBD0 OBD1......etc.... cant find it on here...i know nothing about computers/tuning (only carbs.) involved with them i leave that to my shop but i was j/w

i think i gotta OBD1 since i swapped the a6 for a z6 without problems

basically it classifies what year/ version ecu the car uses.
obd
on board diagnostic
0 1 2a 2b
versions
obd0 = older - 91(pretty sure it was 88)
obd1 = 92-95
obd2a = 96-98
obd2b = 99-00
after that? idk

most tuning programs that are honda ecu based are on obd1 ecu's.
obd0 has some support, and i have never messed with obd2a/b ecu's just down convert.

there are conversion harnesses available to cross convert.

OBD2b is 00+

The only reason i ever needed to know that is because i bought an OBD2a - OBD1 harness for my 99 GSR....

On the Integra, yes. On the Civic, OBD2b starts in 99.
