Squeaking when engaging clutch
I've been having the problem recently that my clutch pedal squeaks whenever i push it in or let it out. When the engine is warmer, it tends to be louder than when it is cold. The clutch still grabs as strong as the day i got it (over 15,000 miles ago), so it's not harmful, it's just annoying. I've already lubricated the pedal from inside the car and now suspect there may be something wrong with the slave cylinder in the clutch. any ideas?
The slave cylinder is mounted on the front of the engine block, you mean the master cylinder.
Take some wd40 and spray where it comes out of the firewall, have someone pump the clutch while you spray so it spreads better.

i figured as much, though the good news is i work at a honda dealership, in the service department of all places, so access to a lift is pretty easy. thanks man.
