Rear Brake Question

I need to know if I can take the entire hub off of a rear disc trailing arm and put it on a rear drum trailing arm.

yes. take off the 4 torx bolts and the 24mm nut and it comes right off. trailing arms are the same, brake lines and e-brake lines are not

its way easier to just swap out the wole trailing arm than trying to get those 4 orx bolts out

My trailing arm is bent, so that is my only option.

yeah they strip very easily. if you have trouble, just hammer a 14mm easy-out onto it and use a breaker bar.
