ok i am looking to find out what years and models did the d15 come in? the reason i want to know this is due to the fact that i have a d16y8 in my 96 civic and the block is in pieces but everything else is still good. and i just need to get the car up and running till i get the money up to get my b16. i know alot of u will say just get another d16y8 or the d16y7 bottom end, but the problem is that i cant find one for under 1000 and i dont want to put that kind of money into some thing that going to be pulled out anyway.so any help with the years and models would be great.

88-95 Civics all has some D15. The 88-91 D15s were DPFI i think. The 92-95 Civic D15b7s can be found for 100bux, but u will need to do a mini me.
