at startup while cold?? i have to let the car warm up or else it takes *****... but once warmed up, runs strong.

also i got me some 00 type r cams, can i run them with my stocks valve springs with out any problem... my ecu engages v tec at 6k and redlines to 10k... but i never take it past 8.5 with the type r cams, should i play it even safer and lower it or am i good?

Exhaust leak? no. Intake manifold leak, yes.
An exhaust leak would lead to a decrease in power and a subtle whistling noise (depending on how bad). Intake leak might make some noise too.

I wouldn't play with any of that **** without getting it tuned, professionally.

 

yup get it tune or your motor will blow donkey dick

 

its tuned... with a hondata... i do believe i DO have a intake mani leak... gonna have to fix it and see if it helps
