99 Si - heater control problems HVAC
for some reason when i put the recycle air on, the defroster comes on. and other stuff isnt right as well...i took out the panel and all the wiring for the HVAC is intact and uncut. however, the a/c system was pulled and an engine wiretuck was done by the previous owner.

what can i do? is this normal (i highly doubt it)?
