Well it has happened 3 times in the past 2 weeks...

While coasting down in 2nd. gear my shifter has popped out of the trans 3 times so far. I have new fuild (Honda MTF) and theres no grinds, just the poppin' at slow speeds.

I'm gonna call Honda and let them know and see what they recomend i do. I was thinking about using the GM Synchromesh additive but i don't want Honda to see a different fluid color/viscocity and say i [freak]ed it up by adding that...

yeah i'm gonna call later and talk to the advisor who i dealt with before and see what he recomends.

i can't check on s2ki since my work computer blocks it(but not h-t ) so later tonight for that. i'll see if LAS2K has any info on his sig.

 

I forgot we had ALLDATA at work, so i just did a search on it and found the bulletin. Theres more info but i just wanted to point out the number. Now i gotta call them!

My car an '03 but it does the same thing, so i don't think they'll say **** about it!

there was a lot of problems with this with the 05 and 06 acura rsx type s. i dont know what the fix was but i would call honda just to make sure and see what they can do for you.
