Default Tranny or clutch problem....need som help ASAP

Yesterday i went to grab a bite to eat and when i got back in the car and started it up pushed the clutch in and put the car in gear and reved slightly to move of and i heard a sound like some thing let go ( kindda like washers in a can). So i stopped and took the car out of gear and tried again and got the same noise.

I moved off and drove back to work really slow. The car drove fine other than the noise when i push in the clutch. However when i left work and driving home along with the noise came a chrping similar to the bird and it would happen while transisition into gear.

I was thinking the throw out bearing. could it be this?

Today i was driving and the same thing happens but sometimes the car wouldnt want to go into gear and i would have to force it in but it goes and it chirps pretty hard .

If i let the car idle and i rest my foot on the clutch there is a very rough vibration. there is a grinding sound when the clutch it out. chirping when clutch is in and hard to go into gear.

A friend told me that sound like my pressure plate but the clutch doesnt slip, and if i launch the car it bites hard and holds.

I am thinking my throw out bearing but would that makes the car hard to go into gear?

usually when a throw out bearing goes bad, the tone will change when you step on the clutch pedal, but i dont think bad throw out bearing will cause hard shifting. i am thinking maybe the fingers on pressure plate.
