well im not sure how detailed this will be, but it is definetly something i wish i had when i was troubleshooting for the past day

first go to: http://www.hrtuning.com/software/

download neptune rtp, and both drivers (Windows 2000-XP-Server2k3 , and driver installer.exe)

go to : http://www.hrtuning.com/softwa...PHelp/
and install rtp like shown (i installed 2 nylon washers per bolt so it didnt ground out)

go and insert your serial number (on back of neptune board, write it down like stated in instructions)

make sure j12 is cut and nothing is grounded out, and when you connect make sure you connect from a port lower then port 10 (right click on computer-properties-hardware- port, if your ports are only numbered 10 and higher like mine were it will not work, you need to get into the options and advanced settings to change the port number manually)

then follow the directions like shown and good luck
