I NEED SOME EDUCATED HELP PLEASE!!!!
Here is my problem.
I have a 97 honda Accord Non-Vtec OBD2 F22 and the oil pump went out and it locked up. I already had a 95 Vtec F22 OBD1 out of another accord. I changed the oil pump on the obd1 motor to make it have a place to bolt the crank sensor to change it to obd2.
I am using the 95 VTEC head and block.
I am using the 97 non vtec, intake, wiring harness, distributer,
I have wired everything up except for the vtec which i plan to just leave unhooked since this is my wifes car and she is looking more for gas mileage then race ready.
The motor will turn over and it is getting fire and gas. But wont start? Is there something that some else might know that i dont..

Thanks for the help but i just got it fixed.
New Wires, cap, button, plugs, and 20 dollars worth of 110 octane. I guess just where the car set for so long the gas was really stale or something..
Car runs awesome and I guess for anyone out there that wondered if it could be done, It can....
