Anybody know where I can find a DIY for doing this? A 96-00 Civic non ABS system.

Are you looking to replace the brake booster too or just the master cylinder?

The master cylinder is very straight forward.
-Using a 10mm Flare wrench remove the brake lines from the master cylinder
-Remove the 2 12mm bolts holding the master cylinder to the brake booster
-Reverse process with new master cylinder
-Bleed brakes
