Seat relocation...
Well, i own a 95 EG sedan and i'm 6'5" and it gets a bit cramped as far as legroom goes... so i'm moving the drivers seat back about 4 inches so i don't have to lean my knee on the shifter anymore because i'm doing an automatic to 5 speed conversion. are there any wiring harnesses or anything underneath the drivers seat to watch out for before i start drilling?
I don't think this is recommended. I think the floor is re-enforced in the current locations, if you move it there is potential for the seat to just rip out. Unless you plan on re-enforcement. I don't think there are any wires running across the floor, only along the door frames and going on back.
this is funny. i was thinking about doing this also but decided not to. i drive an eg also but a hatch model. im 6'4" and 250 lbs from playing football so it looks hilarious when i get in my car. only thing i can say is move the seat all the way back on the rails and get used to it. better safe then sorry
the only harness should be the one that tells your car that you not wearing your belt but it shouldnt be in the way, but i would worry about any fuel lines running underneith the drivers side.
ive heard of some lower mounted seat brackets for aftermarket seats that mount the seat lower but nothing by way of moving back.... im ontly 5'10ish so i got no problems... good luck with that wish i had more input

I think that there might be a trunk run of tubing that runs along the drivers side to the back of the car (i.e. Brakes, fuel, evap conn.). look for them before you start drilling anything if you do.
