Default no parking lights? *UPDATE w/ PIC*

Thanks for all the help! was in wiring hell cause of a DIY from previous owner.

check the "small light" fuse under the hood. its the one that controls the dash lights and the parking lights

my dash lights work though so if that fuse was blown wouldent my dash lights go out?

bump like stated before fuse isent blown, brings me to my original question..

is the 93 and 94 dash harness wired differently when it comes to the parking lights?

No. Check all your fuses, both under hood and under dash.

Did you disconnect the battery when you installed the EL's?

always disconnect battery when doing any electrical why? all fuses are good.

Sounds like you simply didn't hook something up.

I'd check the huge 30 (or so) pin connector to the underdash fuse box, it has the wires for the parking lights. I had a problem like this once and it was due to a bad pin/contact in there.

i dont know the answer to your problem, but you disconnect the battery so there is no current going through the electrical system. So if two bare wires touch, nothing with blow up.

^^ ya i know thats why i disconnect the powet every time i do electrical, anyways i took mgags advice and found this wire, assuming this may be the problem lmao!

anyone got the diagram for this? where does this wire go looks like a simple splice & heatshrink, thanks!
