Default How to remove seatbelt

Hello

I would really appreciate it if you guys can help me swap the rest of my interior.

I recently purchased a new db8 with tan interior and am swapping it with all black.

I have done all the seats and center console, carpet, etc.

All i have left is the E-brake & Seatbelt

I already took the bottom of the seatbelt off, I just dont know how to take the top part off where it can slide, As for as the e-brake goes. I just do not know where to start. i do not want to take off unnecessary parts.

Remove the armrest. Then remove the ebrake cables from the handle. Unplug the ebrake sensor. Unbolt the #16 bolts.

Remove the covers on top of the seatbelt, then remove the large bolt. Take off the panel to remove the bolt for the retractor thing.

You need to swap the whole handle/lock assembly (#10/30). It unscrews and undo the handle from the door rod.

Ok just to clarify, for the door I would have to swap the whole thing which would mean the outside handle too?

My new car is green and my old car is black, that would mean I would have a black handle on the outside and the inside on a green car correct?

Are there anyways I can just swap the handles after I take it off or no?

I thought you are swapping for black interior. You can leave the outside handles, but just change the inside handles.

The screws holding in the #10/30 (diagram above) assemblies, then remove the door rod from those assemblies.

I think you have to take some of the interior panels off, and once that is done you can clearly see the seatbelt assembly, and just unbolt and replace..
