fog light switch has bunded up 2 time
Give a better description of the switch "burning up".
I bought an aftermarket kit, and within 2 days, the button's spring stopped functioning and the light on the button burnt out.
If you want actual quality, then buy an OEM kit.

I forgot all about that. Granted that the foglights themselves (wiring, grounds, seals) were poor quality on my DEPO foglight kit, the switch broke too. Well, it worked sometimes.
The button would turn the lights on, but wouldn't hold in place. So they'd only stay on as long as I pressed the button.

Those switches are hard to find. I found two on ebay, both being from Japan and only attainable if I wanted to sacrifice $150 US. Why would I do that when the entire aftermarket kit cost $60?
If anyone knows where to find the OEM switches for cheap, please post.

He's saying replace the interior wiring and switch so the switch works all the time and looks better.

No, you have to change the wiring. I believe the link explains that. Aftermarket switches won't fit on the stock harness.

Sorry if my thread was unclear, you CAN use the aftermarket wiring, I did, that is what that thread explains doing, the gray switches are only $13 at the dealership.
