Hmm...the only thing I would question are the cams. But I dont think it'll be enough to make you fail.
So my input, in a nutshell, is I dont know.
bump for an answer?

thanks just dont want to fail the smog and spend all that cash. just want to now if any one is run on crower cams in there b18b and passed there smog
Probably not without a custom reflash of the ECM software. Especially if you are going to doing other mods on the motor. Generally with bolt on mods, the ECM will be able to retrim the fuel for those mods. But when you start going with more than bolt on mods, the computer doesn't know there is more air moving through the motor until it goes into closed loop and the O2 shows a lean mixture. thwe computer opens up the pulse width to add more fuel till the O2 signal gets back to the midpoint. But, a ECM can on trim so far before it gets to the end of it's max trim values. Then the check engine light comes on, for usually a lean O2 code. So thats where a custom reflash comes into play. If the computer was reflashed so that it gives the correct amount of fuel with the mods, it can trims the fuel correctly. Also keep in mind that usually with aftermarket cams, you might need to do other mods to motor to get the most amount of gain from the cam. Is the intake runner length, runner diameter, plenum volume correct for the cam ? Is your primary header tube length correct ? Collector diameter and length. These are all things to consider before deciding to swap cams. And if the cams have a lot more lift and duration and the base circle is less than factory, are you willing to accept a loss of low end and driveability, and possibility a gearing change ?

If its not CARB legal, then it won't pass visual unless you have a smog tech that will look the other direction. Exhuast doesn't matter unless you don't have a catalytic converter.

What you should do is get it smoged before you start dropping in the internals. Then once you have it smoged you wont have to worry about it for another two years. Then thats where you're gonna have to do it under the table ya dig!!! Oh yeah dont cut out the moon holes if you dont want it to noticable, however your gonna have to remove the valve cover every time you need to adjust them.
