Default need some help ls vtec turbo getting alittle hot

here is my set up stock sleeved ls bottom end withe eagle rods wiesco pistons bored 10 over head b16 with crowler stock size valves n srings t3-60 turbo with rev hard cast manafold n percision intercooler n koyo half size radiator motor was just assemble by rep shop heres my problem i have hondata s200 i origly had a 160 degree therm n lower fan switch tuner told me had to use stock therm so switched while tuning car water temp went to 212 n held at a cruising speed around 60 to 80 mph doing a street tune then slowed down temp got to 214 degrees did 3 to 4 more 9000 rpm pulls never went over 214 tuner said that was alittle hot what could be the problem??? do i really need the factory therm with hondata?? oh yeah the weather temp was alittle hot right around 80 degrees could it be some heat soak???? my downpipe is heat wrapped n dump tube checked fan seems to be working fine just don t get the seped i was going n the temp it reached fact gauge never went to half way anything will help thank

all i see is jumble [freak], was the big *** fan in the front of your car while on the dyno?

it wasn t on the dyno this was on the street so NO the big *** fan wasn t their
