EF B swap help!!!!!

EF B swap help!!!!!
Ok guys this is really a weird one. I have a crx and am swapping a B18 in it. the tranny is a cable tranny. Now im supposed to use a 90-93 LS clutch cable correct??? Well it doesnt fit its the same length as the crx Si cable? do i have my facts wrong?
